Camiguin to Mindanao and vice-versa has now very confined ferry assistance. On March 11, the regional authorities of Camiguin decided that the so-called “Roro” vessels plying the Camiguin-Balingoan route would no more time be authorized to run except the entrepreneurs could present septic tanks in the vessels. Sorry for this not so trivial issue. I travel somewhat usually from Camiguin to Mindanao and again. I’ve never ever found a sewage pump or a sewage tank truck in neither of these ports. Perhaps now they are there.
The place are the sewage treatment method plants in Benoni and in Balingoan. I by no means have found one neither on our island nor above in Mindanao. This kind of a plant really should be noticeable on Google Earth. But even just after several hours I haven’t identified a person. Can someone give me a trace?
