Cove Sands Beach Resort – Siaton, The Philippines

Cove Sands Beach front Vacation resort – Siaton, The Philippines

This previous Monday we (about 6 other expats and their wives/girlfriends) took a trip down to Cove Sands Seaside Vacation resort in Siaton, Negros Oriental, which is about 45 kilometers south of Dumaguete.  Just one of the expats superior half’s experienced advisable it, and it proved to be an Fantastic recommendation.

Disreputable band of pirates

And their much better halves.

We arrived all around 10 AM and promptly took a minimal tour of the location, noting the good white sand beach front, the floating cabana about 100 meters out in the azure waters, the traces of lounge chairs, and enjoyable restaurant/reception region.  The white sand was a novelty, as the japanese coast of Negros is typically darker sand – normally a dusky brown in colour.  Like just about each and every day listed here in the Philippines, it was certainly magnificent and we quickly began a prolonged working day of doing mainly nothing.  ?

Lounge chairs and white sand….

Floating cabana – girls did a dance plan out there.

Foodstuff was not poor at all!

Sara enjoying a margarita.

The girls, of training course, had to just take a substantial variety of images and then add them to Facebook.  We requested lunch, and though it took about an hour and fifty percent to get all the meals finished, the food stuff was pretty durn good and affordable to boot.  Further more underscoring the inexpensive factor, was the entry cost – 100 peso’s “consumable,” which implies you have to spend 100 pesos in food stuff or drinks when you are there.  Remaining the Monday suitable immediately after Holy 7 days, we mainly experienced the total location to ourselves until finally afterwards in the afternoon.  The swimming was good as was the lazing about but there were being no reefs out in front of the vacation resort so there was no snorkeling.  Nevertheless, to remain the day at a white sand seaside resort like this at the time again underscores that it is certainly “more enjoyment in the Philippines!”

Yep. We have shed our girls to Facebook……

Here’s the movie:
