  • Agusan Del Norte – Rivers and its tributaries notably Lake-Mainit-Tubay, Asiga, Agusan, Linugos and Cabadbaran.
  • Dinagat Islands – Rivers and its tributaries notably Malinao Inlet and Gaas Lulet.
  • Surigao Del Norte – Rivers and its tributaries significantly Surigao and Magallanes.
  • Surigao Del Sur – Rivers and its tributaries specifically Cantillan, Toracan, Tandag, Tago, Hubo-Oteiza, Hinatuan and Bislig.
  • Agusan Del Sur – Rivers and its tributaries specially Ojot, Wawa, Libang, Maosam, Kasilan, Gibong, Adgaoan, Sinulao, Kayonan and Andanan.
