Tortillas are 1 of the most-missed grocery products for expats in the Philippines.  We make our chapattis from complete wheat flour from the Indian retailer in Iloilo. Now we really don’t pass up tortillas!  We also produced refried beans from pinto beans bought at the indispensible Iloilo Grocery store at the Atrium
